I am a piano teacher. Matthew has done routine tuning for me, and also replaced two bass strings that had been replaced previously by another technician. The strings would not hold their tune, but I have not had any more problems after Matthew redid the work. Always professional in his manner, and I consider him to be expertly skilled at his trade.
